What's your processing time?
All clothing items and accessories have a 2-5 week processing time, this is to give us enough time to make and ship off your order.
This does not include shipping times as they vary from each country, once an item is shipped off it's out of our control on how long it takes to arrive.
Can I cancel my order?
We only accept cancellations 2 days after an order is placed.
Do we accept returns or exchanges?
We don't accept either, due to us making everything to order and by hand this makes it very tricky for us to be able to do this.
But if you however have any issues with your order please contact us at team.thecliqueclothing@gmail.com .
You have 14 days after you have received your order raise any issues with the product, and for us to asses if a refund is illegible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, but please be aware if you are buying from outside the UK there may be additional duty/customs fees when receiving your order. Please check with your local customs office if you have any more questions. We are not responsible for these charges.
What size should I get?
All our clothing items are unisex and true to size, but we always recommend sizing up if you prefer a more oversized/baggier fit.
How can I track my order?
Once an order is placed you should receive an email with you order number and details. When the items are then made and shipped you'll receive another email with a tracking code for you to keep an eye on your order.
Please note that once an order has been shipped out, it's out of our control and in the hands of the postal services.
My order has gone missing with the postal services, what should I do?
Once an order is sent off we are no responsible for any missing, stolen or delayed parcels. You will have to take this up with the shipping company or your local post office.
To try and avoid any delays with your orders, make sure you entered your address correctly, once an order has been made we can't change any details made.
