Refund policy

What's your processing time?

All clothing items and accessories have a 2-5 week processing time, this is to give us enough time to make and ship off your order. 

This does not include shipping times as they vary from each country, once an item is shipped off it's out of our control on how long it takes to arrive.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship worldwide, but please be aware if you are buying from outside the UK there may be additional duty/customs fees when receiving your order. Please check with your local customs office if you have any more questions. We are not responsible for these charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We don't accept either, due to us making everything to order and by hand this makes it very tricky for us to be able to do this.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..


Refunds & Cancellations

We only accept cancellations 2 days after an order is placed. This is due to your order already in the process of being made. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your cancellation and you still haven't received our refund, please contact us at team.thecliqueclothing@gmail.com.
